You've gotten quite good at not putting yourself last, but you don't ever seem to manage to put yourself first. You manage to get by, but sometimes you can't help but feel like stress is getting the better of you. While you may not be able to put yourself first all the time, give it a try every so often. It may be hard to do, but it's really just as simple as saying "no" more often. The world will be fine without you, even if you drop out for a day.
